Our websites are designed to meet the Revised Section 508 Standards. Section 508 is a federal law that requires agencies to provide people with disabilities equal access to Information Communications Technology comparable to that provided to people without disabilities.

Please contact us to assist with issues related to the accessibility of content or barriers that prevent access. We encourage feedback, ideas, comments, or concerns. 

The U.S. Access Board provides guidance and standards on the Architectural Barriers Act and Americans with Disabilities Act.  You have a right to file a complaint regarding access issues in federal facilities, programs, or activities.

The U.S. Department of Justice works to achieve equal opportunity for people with disabilities by implementing the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Executive Order 12250.  You have a right to file a complaint alleging disability discrimination against State or local government regarding access to programs, facilities, or activities.  You may file a formal complaint with the Department of Justice.
